Body and Emotions

Post by massagengel » Wed Aug 22, 2007 3:10 am

Hey everyone. :)

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a few books and/or websites on the muscles and their connection to emotions. And how to release that 'stored' energy/emotion from the muscle.

Any and all help is appreciated.

TIA
Marcy

Not quite sure if this is what you are looking for, but it may get you started:

This is some of Donna Eden's stuff:

and Barbara Brennan:

Both are more energy work based, but really interesting and useful information.

"The Ethics of Caring" by Kylea Taylor impresses/infoms me in my work. It gives clear examples of energies/emotions and appropriate responses.
