Can you bill Workers Comp (L&I) in your state?

I am looking for information on insurance billing in each state and am collecting the information to create a resource on my website for MT.

One of the biggest problems is finding out who is paying and what they are paying to know if it is worth your while to bill for massage.

If you can bill for work related injuries - workers comp or labor and industries as it is called in some states, please let me know what state you are in and
please share a link to your workers comp board website with more details on how to become a provider (if you do) and the procedures for billing.

Additionally, here is the Texas Workmans Comp 800 number, where you can call and ask: http://www.tdi.texas.gov/wc/dwccontacts.html

Possibly you could google each states Workman's Comp Board and just call them to find out.

However, I did come across this article from 2007 which may be of use or lead you in another useful direction:

Have you spent time just googling each "State" and terms such as "Workman's Comp Board", "Labor & Industries" or "Loss & Injury Board", to get the info needed to add to your pages? I'd think you could get a lot of information by doing that, as well.
