Holistic Alliance, Spaboom, Massage Builder...Oh My!

Hello Everyone,
I'm hoping someone can help me with some mystical magical solution...or maybe it will just be practical. I'd like to find a way to track my clients, yet still have the ability to import and export client info. I would like to have a website that allows my clients to schedule outcall couples massages with ease, and pay for them online, download an intake form...ideally they could fill it out online and it would be part of their profile....with room for soap notes.... I'm not sure whether this would be massage software or webprogram or what.

I've signed up for a trial with Myholisticalliance I like the look, and it's quite easy to use, however I'm not sure if it's the best option for me, for some it may be perfect, I seem to be quite picky and want a little more control. It's limited on what I can change, scheduling, purchasing services etc. I like that they have prefab email to keep clients in the loop, but the customers can't add themselves on my website. It allows a customer to request an appointment but only with their name, email and phone number and no other info provided to me...so It's just creating a call back.

If a customer is requesting an appointment I would like them to be able to choose appointment times they would like and then I would be sent a notification that I can either accept, deny or suggest an alternative. I did see the post on different scheduling services... I'm just trying to figure out if there is an all inclusive option.

Massagebuilder seems like it has nice newsletters, but the sample websites that I saw didn't appear very eye catching.

Spaboom has the neat feature of selling GC's, How is their appointment scheduling? Also Holistic Alliance allows me to add many pages and they fit easily along the page. I've seen some spa boom sites where it seems like there isn't space for lots of pages.

It seems silly to have all these add on per month fee services. I would like something that can sink with MS Outlook and my PDA phone. I've tried checking most of the provided links on the scheduling services and my head is spinning. I can generally handle my own on computers and internet stuff...but every website of course wants to sell you on their service.

What has worked best for you? Do you manage your clients online or with massage software? What do you love about your site? What do you hate? Have you tried any of these sites?

Any and all comments are welcome.
Thanks in advance!

What about Massage manedger? Is anyone using that? I've only just started playing around with it so I haven't tried out all of the functionality. It seems like there are a lot more choices as far as editing, however not may different web layouts to choose from, My holistic alliance had a bunch and was incredibly user friendly...I do recommend it to others, just for me I think it may be a little limiting.

i'll take a stab at this:

spaboom: wonderful g/cs, wonderful site that you have TOTAL control over.
appt scheduling: you have to either email them or call them back to confirm.
reports: awesome. never tried exporting the info though. webiste is roughly $40/month.

appt quest: will export/import cvs files. but everytime i tried it i got double & triple & so on info on my palm/blackjack. it's expensive, and doesn't keep track of g/c #s and series #s.

i've chosen to go with abmp's free website (for now). i'm mostly happy with it, but will be changing when my financial situation changes. and i use mybookingcalendar.com which doesn't do everyhting but does cost less & makes me happy. i love that it collects c/c#s, tracks g/c & series #s

good luck!
