I recently revamped my MFRmail Newsletter format and am making them available here. If you click the link below you will be taken to the page of my website where all older Newsletters and MFR Treatment Tips are archived. Click the "Archive" link at the top of the page to be taken to the newest Newsletter. PLease subscribe if you'd like the Newsletter delivered directly to you.

Yes, the PDF pages are set so that they should fit onto most letterheads. Feel free to share them. Many of them are direct patient handouts.

The MFRmail Newsletter is not just for MFR therapists. Many of the Treatment Tips are appropriate for any bodyworker. I will be updating and adding more Tips to the Archives page over the next few weeks. Subscribing is easy and free.
