Spam can be defined as:
- Very short posts that do not add value to the current discussion.
- Posts that obviously serve no purpose other than uping one's post counts.
- Advertising a company with no relevant value in the body of the post.
- Posts that contain large amounts of smileys and/or spaces to make it look like they contain useful information often don't.
- Posts with hidden links.
- Any other posts that we deem inappropriate for other readers.
Multiple posting:
There are many members that will be reading your post and posting your question in the most relevant section should be enough.
If you are not getting the answers you are looking for, please contact one of the moderators for that section and they will be able to help you.
Also, for members who are interested in spreading the word about their business or product/s, please limit your postings.
One posting should be enough to get the word out to the other members. Multiple postings will be looked at as spamming and aside from this not being allowed, spamming usually will make most members uninterested and annoyed. Not a reputation we are sure is wanted.
Email spam:
The use of email addresses belonging to the members of the Bodywork Online Forum for the purpose of spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing (MLM's), and solicitations is inappropriate and strictly prohibited. The offending member will receive one private warning, one public warning and if it does not stop that member will be banned from the forum.
