I posted my email, and the page thought I posted my web address and told me that I cannot do that. When I used the word U.. in this post, it also didn't let me post.

If your email address is on your profile page, you will have a little email button at the bottom of each of your posts. You do. Your email address does not need to be within the text for the rest of us to find it, and should not be within the text, because that way web crawlers can find it and spam you half to death.
