I am going to be moving my reflexology practice. Right now, I share a building with 8 mental health counselors. One of the therapists is taking my space, but we need to find a tenant for her space. This tenant will take over her lease.

Space size = 15' x 13'
Rent = $600 or $625 (will double-check)

Utilities included = electricity, heat/central air, water

Ample parking
Snow removal in winter

There are three offices on the 1st floor and 4 offices on the 2nd floor...two of the therapists also sublease part-time to other therapists. A bathroom is located on each floor. Common area is cleaned twice monthly. The building is located in a quiet country setting and is convenient to Rt 95 and Rt 1. Minutes from downtown Newburyport, the Merrimac River and Plum Island.

Updating my post!

We have been unsuccessful so far at locating a tenant for the therapist (her space is still available). So, I'm now opening up the search to include a tenant to take over my lease/space. The building info is the same as above, with the exceptions of:

Space size = approx 300 sq ft
One window
New carpeting (with thick padding)
Space was built out to specifications May 2011
Walls are soundproofed
Walls recently professionally painted with a very warm, gold-ish earth tone (really nice).
