Question about record keeping

Postby Angela Correa on Wed Mar 28, 2007 6:40 pm

I'm not sure if this is the appropriate topic for this particular thread/forum....but, I was wondering.... Where do you get your blank record keeping forms (soap forms, health intake forms, etc.)... I was going to create my own, but am having a hard time finding a "myo" man to put on my soap form.

I took the "man" from my school's SOAP form, just scanned it in and added to my own form.

There are forms available to buy, too, but this was a simple solution.

I have that book, but no cd. Is the cd new? That would be nice!

I have the third edition, but I think there may even be a fourth out now. It was required reading at my school. Shes a goddess in these parts and visited school often. Even spoke at graduation. Great lady who really cares about the industry as a whole.

I have the Second Edition. Sigh. lol. Just can't keep up with the newest of each book, or I'd never get a book I don't already have! :?

Register at the business mastery website. It's great and they will send you emails on various topics like marketing strategies and help topics on other business aspects. Plus the online downloadable forms.
