CONGRATULATIONS ON THE NEW SPACE!

May I ask a question about your floor? How do you make sure it is the right length at the walls? Do *you* cut it, or does it come prepared, by ordering it properly?
My husband says it looks great too (I showed him)!

Oh - and boo on your old landlord for changing the "rules" for that guy
Your new place will be awesome...and you don't have to share with nincompoops.
(om, nom, nom that veggie calzone!)

My new space is in a shared suite of rooms and I have had some of those very issues with signs and sharing the cleaning duties (which basically means I do most of the cleaning) But it's a start and I will keep my eyes peeled for another space that is more appropriate..
Can't wait to see the finished product!!
