In addition to your spa music needs, you have access to music for every other need/occasion
To my knowledge, Pandora is for "private" use.
However, at least for me, the main reason I
don't massage to a Pandora account (link to my stations... feel free to scroll down to see them all
) to massage by, is because I don't like to massage with just anything that comes along. I would assume other MT's may feel similar.
I take time to build my CD's/playlists in order to address and compliment exactly how I work. I also like to have an idea of the next song that is coming up. I know this by building my playlists/CD's.
I keep about 50 CD's/playlists just to have the variety I want, and when I find something that is better than something else I have in a particular genre, I replace it or re-create accordingly.
With Pandora, you never know what kind of song will be next. Even with all of the years I have been working to tweaking my stations a little at a time, I still get a wild stray in there that I just don't like. It can affect my concentration and flow when something like that comes on.
It's not that I can't still give a good massage, but, I prefer to work with less distraction.
