My husband has Type II diabetes and is on one diabetic medication only. He controls it mostly through diet, exercise, and one Bitter Melon capsule daily. Seems to help keep sugar levels steady. It's not expensive...definitely worth a try! Good Luck! :D

Well texas-girl , I can't tell you whether bitter melon works fine for diabetes. Nevertheless What can I say is that, my dad being a diabetic patient for more then decade using Indian pranayama for last 2 month, and amazingly within this two month's only, his diabetic level has been restored to normal which can be never be imagined before it actually happened. So I plea you to try it.
